We are a family-led initiative honouring Poppy Grace. We create heartfelt products that raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer research and support. We always aim to look after our customers with kindness and fairness.
1. Products & Pricing
• All prices are listed in AUD
• Prices may change without notice
• Payment must be made in full at checkout before your order is processed
2. Shipping & Delivery
• Standard delivery is included on most products within Australia
• Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, but delivery timeframes may vary
• Responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier once parcels are lodged
If anything goes wrong in transit, please reach out — we will help make it right.
3. Refunds, Returns & Customer Care
We want you to love what you receive.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if an item:
• is faulty
• arrives damaged
• is not as described
If a product or any part of it is missing, damaged, or lost on arrival, we will happily replace the piece or the full item where appropriate.

Change-of-mind returns:
• Because many of our products are linked to charitable fundraising, change-of-mind refunds are not usually offered
• If a return is accepted at our discretion, return postage costs may apply
